Allow for a payment less than total invoice
Sometimes an invoice includes a returned or otherwise inappropriate charge, yet there is no option to pay what one believes is owed without paying the statement's total value.

Please get the entire billing invoice to display.
I got 3 E-mail in one day asking me to pay for the previous three months.....
However, not a single one of the on screen messages were able to show the invoice.

Either autopay with bank account, or at least save my bank information
Either allow autopay with a bank account, or at least save payment information so paying each time is quicker.

When you download a copy of invoice or receipt, include merchant name and date instead of filename being only "receipt.pdf"

Customer Account History Function
Create a login pathway for CUSTOMERS paying bills via Quickbooks to check our payment history, account balances, without having to download each individual invoice we pay. Create an account history overview to reflect payment history.

Send invoice before due date
My order date was 4/27/22. I finally received an invoice for the order on 6/9/22. The invoice stated the due date was 5/27/22. It is difficult to pay an invoice on time when it is not sent prior to the due date. Thankfully I was not charged a late charge. Why is the invoice not sent at the time of the order?

Support a more secure way of paying
Have venders provide their customers with an invoice number to pay online at Quickbooks.com (or intuit.com) website. Currently, you require paying customers to click on an email link emailed to them and then enter their account information. This is not secure and can easily be spoofed by hackers by sending a fake Quickbooks email to paying customers.
Proper security protocols emphasis that users should never click through an email to a website to provide personal information. Users should always go directly the a legitimate website and securely log-in to make any payments.

Include a running total of all unpaid past invoices. PLEASE!!!! It's impossible to organize these single month invoices with no references
Currently the monthly invoice includes ONLY the current month. If a month is missed, you have no running balance or any inkling that you are not up to date. It makes it terrible confusing for the customer. When I had a business and used Quickbooks, my invoices included all current and past charges.

Allow paste in the verification field when paying from checking account
See above. Having to type in the field is not necessary when I have pated the account number the first time.

Show all recent payments on invoice page.
My storage facility sends me invoices for multiple months at a time. I have to go back through records to check for mistakes. Showing all recent payments would help clear up if I made a mistake or the business sending the invoice.

Allow invoices and receipts from a vendor using QB to automatically show up in my QB.
My vendor uses QB and sent an invoice via email. I paid it via credit card through QB. It would be convenient to have the invoice and receipt get saved within my instance of QB rather than downloading it and uploading it.

Include short comments field
On the payment screen, include a brief comments field for the payer to use. As a landlord, it would really help if I could quickly note the address (rental property) that the payment was for.

Tie paying an invoice to my QBO business account
Tie paying an invoice to my QBO business account. Currently I have a separate sign in for paying bills sent to me through Intuit QB and I have to sign in separately. Only the payment, not the bill, shows up in QBO. This should be integrated for best UX.

Login for saved payment information
It's annoying to enter in information every time you pay. What made Amazon.com successful in the first place was their saved payment information. Same for Apple with iTunes. Give the people what they want!
Also, having to manually enter bank account number again vs. copy/paste is very annoying. It also increases inaccuracy. Why do that to your users?

The invoice should indicate the balance due, not the original cost
Even though I paid the balance that was due, the invoice implies that there's still an outstanding balance because it doesn't reflect the previously paid amount.

Increase the upper limit on payments beyond 49,999
