Use bank payment method as used for most other payments to vendors.
I pay most of my bills by setting up the vendor in my online bank account. I routinely review for open invoices and send the payments electronically. It doesn't cost me anything and can occur as quick as same-day sometimes.
This also prevents personal data from getting out there in yet another arena to possibly get stolen.1 vote -
Allow for larger payments beyond the invoice amount
I wanted to pay $300 on my outstanding bill, but it only allows for the monthly amount of $75.72.

Concierge service
Cutting/cleanup/leaf removal/gutter cleaning, all standard services performed by normally trained crew.
Trimming/pruning/fertilizing/weeding/SPRINKLER INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE/water garden services/lime application/insecticide-fungicide performed by higher skilled labor but with care and accuracy.

An explanation of the codes used on the invoice would obviate the need for a phone call to get an explanation.

Having access to all previous receipts for payments
I accidentally x'ed out before I could download the first receipt from my partial payment. I paid the final balance, but I couldn't find a way to download the other receipt from the initial payment.

Optionally show basis for the sales tax charge
I just got charged $7.70 "tax" which I assume is sales tax (on a $140 bill for cleaning services). I don't think cleaning services is taxable in Wisconsin, so would like your invoice to specify more detail.

The invoice need to indicate whether to add fees
My invoice did not include the transaction fee. Therefore I was unsure how the fee would be added. If by automatic computation once paid, then the payment page should indicate that somewhere. My payment method was ACH.

Have a history of the invoices that I have paid through QuickBooks
I have just started to get invoices from companies through QuickBooks. I created an account for easier use. However, there is not a place where I can see the invoices that I have paid through QuickBooks.

Since service did not start on schedule, partial deductions should be automatic. Partial service=partial payment
Make billing adjustments automatic when required
