Some of your green boxes have blue letters. I can't read them. White works fine.

make it easy to split invoice payment from different bank accounts (business v personal)

SHOW THE PASSWORD!!!! We are encouraged to have difficult passwords but it you can't see what you type it is VERY discouraging!!!!!!
We are encouraged to have difficult and random passwords, but if a site does not let you see what you have typed it is very discouraging to just have it say "incorrect password" NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and discourages one from making complex passwords.

Please allow area to input costs to reflect a profit at the bottom
on the estimates and invoices tab i can not see how much profitability is in the sale, if there was an area for me to plug in costs directed towards material and labor that would be beneficial for to see how much profit is in each estimate.

Dont make me type in the account number to confirm.
I am much more likely to mistype it than to cut and paste incorrectly.

Search for invoices
To have a tab or button for Invoice # so we can look up any invoice whether it has been paid or not. Instead of having to do a search or type in a link or hit CTL and a letter on your keyboard. Remember to simplify

Allow one payment of two or more invoices from the same vendor.
Received two invoices from the same vendor. Had to pay separately. In this day and age we should be able to pay both invoices at once.

Exorbitant charges >3.25% when using credit card. Give user the flexibility to pay in USD.
The charges are exorbitant when paying through a credit card. Was charged more than 3.25%. The purchase becomes too expensive. Lower the charges. At least give user the flexibility to pay in USD. The fx rates are forced on user.
