allow "naming" banks
allow "naming" banks - I have 3 under my profile and have to constantly cross reference to make sure specific vendors are paid with correct bank account. Maybe a field for 3 characters.

Mark paid on the invoice as soon as it's paid
After paying an invoice, I get a screen that allows me to download a receipt or the invoice. I need the detailed information in the invoice, but I also need it to be marked as "Paid." If I go back to the email and click Pay Invoice, I can get a new copy of the invoice that is marked as "Paid," which is perfect. But I'd rather get that on the screen as soon as I've finished paying.

Confirm Account Number Before Confirming Payment!
It’s 2021, all payment websites confirm numbers are entered correctly before confirming payment, except this one. I was charged a fee for transposing numbers incorrectly and I want my money back from the idiotic fee I was charged without even knowing I made a mistake! Pathetic!

If we didn't pay our past invoice, I wish our current balance would pull through.
I had to call my daycare today because I didn't think my balance was right. I thought there was a possibility that I missed a payment. Well I did. Why can't a true balance due show up when we go to pay? There needs to be a way to show true balances rather then going to each invoice. I can't keep them straight.

Consolidated PDF with a real filename
It's inconvenient to click two buttons, "Download receipt" and "Download invoice"
"Download receipt' shows PDF inline in browser, "Download invoice" downloads the file to the browser's Downloads folder. Why is it different?
The filename of the downloaded invoice is "Invoice null.pdf", should be date stamped and have the vendor name in it.
It would be good to be able to see past receipts/invoices in my Intiut account; I don't see a way to do it

Let me sign into my QuickBooks Online account and select an account to pay from.
Since you already have our account info, if I could just sign in and select an account to pay from, I wouldn't have to find the account info and enter it.

Name Field
I have to purposely misspell my name so I can submit payment. Please diversify inputs in the name field.
