    I felt extremely uncomfortable clicking on a button to go to a QuickBooks site to put in banking info.

    People should not be clicking on links in emails. And responsible businesses should not be encouraging it.

    People should REALLY not be clicking on links/buttons in emails and putting in payment information.

    People should have ALARM BELLS GOING OFF if they see a link in their invoice email to a generic, multi-tenant site where anyone can pretend to be someone else.

  3. Set up the bank login integration to pay with account

    There are existing integrations that are secure ways of logging in to pay with your bank account. It's much faster and easier than having to type all your routing and account numbers for bank transaction.

  5. make it easier to get a copy of an invoice that shows it was paid

    After I pay an invoice, there is a link to download a copy of the invoice. But that pdf copy doesn't show the invoice was paid! If I go back to the "payment request" email and click on "review and pay," that will take me to a page saying the invoice was paid and will let me download a proper invoice saying "PAID." But those extra steps shouldn't be necessary, especially because most of the time I do that I'm forced to log in again -- including getting a 2FA code from my authenticator app and submitting it.   8. Allow on-time payments until midnight of due date.

    Accept on-time payments until midnight the first day of the month. My invoice says 12-02-21, but payment was accepted at 6:16 p.m. on 12-01-21.

    Integrate AMEX with quickbooks online. Currently AMEX is not authorized to work with QB which is a big deal breaker. QB online support says they can't fix the issue of connecting banks. It's a shame

  13. So far, it's been great. If the amount we are expecting is more, an explanation would be helpful, eliminating my need to call and ask.

    If the monthly total is more than what we are expecting, we would appreciate some explanation of why the amount is more. We do appreciate that Trilogy fixes/replaces things as needed, but we would like to be informed of these changes in our monthly costs.

  16. Please accept PayPal, Venmo, and/or credit cards.

    I don't often have my checkbook available to get the routing and account numbers to make payments. I also prefer to put everything on a credit card that I pay off every month to get the points and other rewards. I likely won't be renewing my service next year partially because it's so inconvenient to make payments and partially because there's no good way to see a history of past invoices and payments.

    I realized that I have been overpaying since the total balance that you give your clients includes a 3% fee that it is supposed to be charged only when clients pay with credit cards. I have been paying from my checking account. Please reinburse me for all the prior bills. Thank you
