People sign up for paperless billing and some companies take the opportunity to grab an extra fee for the presumed "priveledge". The problem is, we are doing you a favor by eliminating any costs/efforts you would have to make if we stayed with the out-dated check writing, recording, postage and clerk costs you would have to make.
Why would you slap a charge on the very people that are saving you money?
