1. I received invoice due 9/30 on 10/3.I need my invoice at least 7-15 days before due date. I see everyone is complaining, please correct.

3. E-mail the invoice before the reminder one day before it is due. One day's notice with a threat of cutoff is not right.

5. Try calling the person or emailing the person BEFORE sending mean and threatening emails to them. Give notice not same day threats.
