Every time I try to log in to Intuit or Quckbooks I get the password reset sent email or by phone.....BUT I can reset it and when I enter the new password It NEVER accepts it. I call customer service and they tell me that is the correct password, they try it remotely and watch my screens and are puzzled--no explantion of why once you enter a password from way back to the original subscription date It NEVER works.
ONE PASSWORD FOR ALL OF QUICKBOOKS AND INTUIT should be able to change the password and use it without being denied access
