Pay other amount
There needs to be an additional button for "pay other amount". One payment option listed is not enough. Let people know what choices are available to them.

I need an option to pay another amount - I've paid for the year now, and I will have to scramble to get that money together!

I wish we had this option also so I could pay over the amount due to be able to have a credit so I can get ahead on my bills if I am able to.

I did not want to pay my total amount due. I thought it would give me an option!!!! But it did not.

Why can't we pay additional for the assessment?? This is such a horrible app!!
