2. Please send reminders before a late fee is charged. It seems punitive.

   When I paid my account for the first time, 3-4 days after the due date (which I admit didn't keep track of), I got a surprise late fee. Some mention of the fee in the original invoice--amount and date charged--would be appropriate.
