  1. pay from statement !!! would be extremely helpful as statement charges can not be paid this way

    All my customers are billed once a month by statement which includes all invoices for that month. To be able to pay the statement amount online is critical!

  4. Include the payment options for merchant payment on the statements in addition to the invoice.
