    Wow good point, Ben - this is a 6 year old post and it's still not done. Thousands of people took the time to come here and say this, and when people complain or make suggestions directly, a good rule of thumb is that there are 4-10 people who don't say anything for every person who DOES take the time. Perhaps instead of buying more companies and making all of this more confusing and interlocking, you could just do the little things that would make everyone's life easier.

    I see that this particular topic is a high priority for lots of people. My clients (and my Rotary Club) as well as our office could really use the ability to see all outstanding invoices and select which ones are being paid, not unlike creating checks or receiving payments within QB by the vendor. Anyhow, PLEASE DO THIS. It's pretty fundamental and would probably accelerate YOUR revenue by fixing this.

  9. Once I log in, it would be great to see all outstanding invoices listed from my child's school, so I can pay them all at once.

  10. list all open invoices when clicking on "pay invoice" link in email & list all current invoices pd on receipt of current transaction

  11. When I log in to pay an invoice, all the outstanding invoices should be listed and payable for that supplier/contact
