   There are pages of customers providing you feedback about the same thing. It looks like this issue goes back at least 5 years, probably longer. Will you ever listen to the feedback that you customers are providing???

2. I think you are CRAZY to disable PASTE for the account number. IT IS FAR MORE LIKELY TO MAKE A TYPING MISTAKE THAN A PASTING MISTAKE

12. I copied my account number from my on-line banking and should be able to paste it into the Confirm Account Number field instead of typing it
