   There are pages of customers providing you feedback about the same thing. It looks like this issue goes back at least 5 years, probably longer. Will you ever listen to the feedback that you customers are providing???

11. I copied my account number from my on-line banking and should be able to paste it into the Confirm Account Number field instead of typing it
