  1. Finish work before requesting payment. I

    Finish the work you’re billing for before threatening to file a lien. I still have 5 items left incomplete. Unprofessional and illegal. If my items aren’t completed within the next 30 days or at least started with a reasonable completion date I’ll be taking legal action and filing legal documentation myself, after 30 days of incomplete work.

  2. I never received the original invoice. Please guarantee delivery

    Somehow make sure that your customers are getting the invoices so they don’t get the email saying they never paid.

  9. Make the stupid system work! It won't let me pay!!!!! Seems like I'm not the only one either.

    I have tried multiple times to pay my invoice, but I get the following error:

    You can try again, or come back later and try connecting then

    Your system is BROKEN and needs to be fixed. Does NO ONE AT INTUIT MONITOR THIS FEEDBACK? I'M NOT THE FIRST TO POST THIS PROBLEM.
