The $25 fee for a ba
The $25 fee for a bank transfer feels excessive and out of proportion to the actual cost of ACH payments, which are typically minimal (or free).
I chose not to use this payment option because of the fee. If it had been reasonably priced, I would have used it—meaning QuickBooks would still have earned revenue. At this level, it simply discourages usage.
Please reconsider this pricing.

The payment process
The payment process was easy enough, but didn’t realize I was gonna be paying an extra $25 service fee. That should’ve been way more obvious from the start. I would’ve sent a check to save that money. Frustrating.
