    $25 online convenience fee? You're telling me it would be more convenient for the merchant for me to mail a physical check? This was a deduction from my bank account—not a credit card. That's offensive. Shame on you.

    I cannot believe that there is no way for me to see past invoices / payments I've made to this company without fishing through my emails to reclick on the Pay Now button. For a company as huge as QuickBooks, the fact that this BASIC feature (a client portal) is missing is honestly mind-boggling.

    Show me how you came to the total price. You made me wait to bill me,( no one has ever done this) then you did not itemize the bill. Poor business, unelthical. please show this to the merchant. My last purchase!

    Allow payer to adjust the total amount to be paid. For example, pay a deposit of one half of the invoice, rather than the full amount.

    I would like to have an option for a notes section. If we are taking a credit up against an invoice, we can edit the amount but there is no place to write a note about it.

    I was disappointed that you still charged $80 processing fee even with a direct debit from my checking account. Most companies only charge for credit card charges.

    If you have the option to enable PayPal at checkout, that would make things much easier for us. In our accounting system, tracking a payment by credit card is much harder than a balance transfer through PayPal.
