A $25 fee is absolutely ridiculous and I was not aware of the fee until payment was submitted. I will NEVER willingly use this method pleat this fee. This was a direct bank transfer, not a credit card (even credit card fees are less than this).

Provide means of paying via my own EFT process, not through a payment link where I have to enter a card number. Every time I type my card number into a computer, I risk it being hacked/data breached. I want to pay from within my bank's portal, so I don't have to share my card number.
