2. Both direct debit from bank account and Paypal options were removed - can no longer pay my bill.

   Quick books continues to change payment options. Used to be able to pay with direct bank account debit, now that is no longer an option. They then offered Paypal - I paid with PayPal for two billing cycles, now that isnt offered. Terrible customer service.

    We are in the 21st century for God's sake. Your current system causes delays in immediate payments to the vendor. How are you helping promote a positive impact on businesses or payees?
