If a client does not
If a client does not pay for the Adobe Reader software program, the client can't print. There should be an additional free way to print receipts and pay invoices.

That 25 dollars fee is outrageous. And putting it by without prior notice or in the invoice email is very sneaky.

True professionals I make a phone call. They’re there in 30 minutes to an hour on top of that. The owner shows up and does all the work. If you ever need a new water will or aerobic or septic work call the best..

When I got your Invo
When I got your Invoice, I scrolled down looking for a way to pay. I only saw your wire transfer method. I think a large pay now button in the email would work better.

Your system will not
Your system will not let you automatically put in your info----for example when you get to email or phone number, my iPhone automatically pops up with my email and phone number to insert it but it will not take it so you have to delete it and manually enter it.

It seems most, if not all, Quickbook invoices have been going to spam in gmail. It may be worth the effort to get with google to resolve the scammers issue using intuit/quicbooks for scams or something?

I should be able to
I should be able to change the amount and still set a date to pay further in the future. The merchant I'm paying specifically instructed me to deduct $27 from the invoice total if paying with bank transfer as opposed to cc. You should support this functionality.
