There's no auto fill on your form. Then all this confirmation business is time consuming. I'll pay by check next time.

Not sure how my account got $70 overdue? I know your billing was messed up for the last few months and I tried to make my payments but it would only accept the minimum payment amount. Hopefully things will improve now as I would like to keep this service.
