  9. Add late fee calculation option on to statement.

    It would be helpful to have a feature in the balance forward statement to be able to add a late fee calculation feature that makes the late fee a percentage of the amount passed due.

  10. For intuit to actually work! Every time I try to pay an invoice for Reed Ewing photography I have to try like 15 times. Terrible!

    For intuit to actually work so I can pay people for their service. I’m sure this hurts their receivables when people can’t pay!

  16. Make the amount due clearer. There is an amount on the top and another on the bottom. Allow way to pay thru mail with card!!

    Make any due clearer and not different amounts on top and bottom of invoice. Make clearer what insurance has paid. Remove the “unpaid previous garages” unless ou explain what it does and does not include. Most importantly have a way to pay via mail with health savings acount. It took me two calls and several days just to get an email sent from you so I could pay you!

  17. I click the pay button and it does nothing

    I entered in my credit card information and clicked pay and it doesn't do anything at all. The button highlights when my mouse is over it too. This is probably one of the most important functions...the pay button to work.
