My customers are really p_ssed!!!
Invoices sent out this month would not allow the customer to click on the View and Pay Invoice button. A popup instructs them to:
Open the original email you received about this invoice.
Right-click (or control-click) the View Invoice Now button.
From the menu, choose to copy the link address.
Open a new browser tab or window and paste the link.CLICKING THE LINK HAS BEEN WORKING FOR A LONG TIME. IS THIS A PROBLEM WITH QB OR A NEW "FEATURE" YOU HAVE INTRODUCED.

Lately, every attempt to pay results in an error message suggesting I try to connect later. This used to be a hassle free transaction.
This has become quite the hassle to complete a transaction. Constant error messages, no matter the time of day. Not sure what has changed but I’m going to consider other options at this point.

When the customer clicks review and pay,
all outstanding invoices should be added together as the suggested payment amount.

Login and pay current balance
Add the ability to log in and see and pay the current balance. Would provide a way to not have to rely on the email links and keep better track of what’s actually owed on the account.
