To make it easier let me pay for ALL invoices at one time. One monthly payment. Paying one bill at a time when I have received four is not a good way to do it.

It would help if it was possible to pay on or BEFORE the 6th of every month. If you forget to pay on the 6th, then your service is interrupted.

Online fee of $25.00 is ridiculous, if payment is made by check you shouldn’t charge that fee I understand if it’s Credit Card, NO ONE Charges if paid from checking account.

The $25 convenience
The $25 convenience fee was a complete surprise. I would not have paid this way had this been disclosed. I’m frustrated and disappointed.

Why doesn't the rece
Why doesn't the receipt recite the service rendered? That would avoid having to download or print two documents, instead of just one.
