what the F? I paid directly from my checking account but still got charged the 3% credit card fee, and the invoice balance did not make clear that the 3% was already added in - it was only apparent in the receipt AFTER I paid.

Paying was fine but
Paying was fine but the $ 399 charge as routine maintenance on an elevator a few years old when you charge $975 for two parts to be installed is to say the least redundant. After owning the previous (Waccamaw ) for 25 years and never any issues, the upkeep of this one is very disappointing. Very dissatisfied.

The Payment receipt
The Payment receipt DOES indicate the payment date,
but you need to click on Download Confirmation and you can print the Payment receipt from there. However, the Paid invoice should still indicate the date paid under Payment details.1 vote -
