1. Give us a choice to pay a greater amount if needed.

   I owe more than one payment, and, I can't pay two whole payments at one time. I can pay over the amount, which could go towards my balance. That would really make it easier to catch up on what I owe.

    As a Quickbook customer, I feel unconfident to this trickery Terms to downgrade the account plan.

    Unable to downgrade

    You have "multicurrency" feature turned on in your current QuickBooks Essentials subscription plan. This feature can't be turned off, and is not supported in the QuickBooks Simple Start plan.

    !! This message comes out if we downgrade our account, even though you do not need this service or function. I would be happy to have the freedom to delete functions which i dont wish to use.

    I don't use multicurrency, So Quickbooks just restrict your own freedom to downgrade the account once you have sign up!! seems a bit too selfish

    Hope i get some assistance on this soon, As i plan to cancel this account.
