I had a great experi
I had a great experience. They came out in a couple hours during a heat wave. located the problem and fixed it immediately without adding in any unnecessary items. Very fairly priced and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

$25 convenience fee
$25 convenience fee (!) was not intended to be paid. Not sure how I got stuck with that although I'm sure it was my fault. Terrible ripoff.

I can not believe that it is after the transaction is complete that you inform me of your $25 fee.

This transaction fai
This transaction failed multiple times before being successfully processed WITH THE EXACT SAME PAYMENT INFORMATION. That level of inconsistency is very concerning and I can only imagine how crummy the security is on the backend must be if the basic functionality of the UI is that bad.
