4. Couldn’t tell I was done and didn’t get receipt.

   Provide receipt and confirm payment is complete. Now you ask me questions about my experience and call it invoice online checkout. I should be able to clearly tell that I am finished and a receipt should be provided.

10. Zipcode is not a very international-friendly option

    As many others here pointed out, it’s impossible to pay with a debit or credit card when you don’t live in the US... sorry, we can’t pay. We’ve only got four-digit zipcodes in Norway, Denmark etc.

14. Both direct debit from bank account and Paypal options were removed - can no longer pay my bill.

    Quick books continues to change payment options. Used to be able to pay with direct bank account debit, now that is no longer an option. They then offered Paypal - I paid with PayPal for two billing cycles, now that isnt offered. Terrible customer service.
