Ensure that the merchant name that shows up in credit card is the same as the name in quikbook. The invoice shows name XYZ, but credit card charge shows ABC.

Where's Shipping Address Column
When choosing which columns to display, when viewing the customer's "Transaction List" Tab, you used to have an option to click a box to display the "Shipping Address" as one of the column choices. Please reinstate this option.

From Search enable Go To Customer/Vendor
When you do a search for a key word you know is associated with a customer or Vendor, it will take you to a list of transactions. Frequently from the list I will want to view other items, similar to one I chose. Couldn’t tell I was done and didn’t get receipt.
Provide receipt and confirm payment is complete. Now you ask me questions about my experience and call it invoice online checkout. I should be able to clearly tell that I am finished and a receipt should be provided.
