   It would be more convenient to pay my credit card. I keep my card with me but I don’t keep checks on me anymore so I don’t know the routing numbers by heart.

13. Explain what went wrong when an error happens.

    I tried to pay an invoice via bank transfer, and you presented me with a generic error ("Sorry, an error happened, try again") ! What was the error - did you charge me in the meantime?

    You need to provide more info about errors when someone gives you their bank account and tries to pay an invoice.
