The invoice was supp
The invoice was supposed to have an option for partial payment, it did not, at least it was not intuitive. Also there is no "final review" step as is customary for all other online transactions I have used. Not to say that everything on this contract will go well, but it shifts all the risk to the customer. Only invoice the portions that are due, if not, do not pay the invoice until it is corrected.

Phone number should
Phone number should be accepted in various formats or ar least show an example of how it should be entered. Included +1, 1, 1(area code), 1area code and nothing worked

Connect the invoice and receipt to my own QuickBooks account so I don't have to download them and re-enter them myself.

Why don't you automatically send this invoice over to MY quickbooks as a receipt for payment? You have the invoice. You know who I am. Send the invoice over as an attachment.
