Why on earth can I p
Why on earth can I paste my account number into "Account number" but not "Confirm account number". If I'm copying and pasting my account number from the bank website (in what other situation would I be copy and pasting), why disable it for the "confirm" input just so that I can mistype it. I'm only going to be reading the number off the "Account number" input anyways, so this user experience pattern doesn't prevent problems, it just creates frustration

Your interface is fine. But your privacy policy says that by using it, you will may sell my personal info as well as use it to advertise to me. Your privacy policy makes it extremely hard to exercise by Calif Privacy Rights. Thus, I dislike using your facility because I don't trust you.

I can't sign into my
I can't sign into my Quickbooks account to prefill the payment information.
When I click on the "sign in" at the top of page, it just opens another blank page and that's it, there's nothing there.

I didn't receive this bill until 11 DEC 2025, which is 10-days past the due date.
Send the bill before the end of the month, so I can project the payment, and pay it when my money is deposited into my bank account.
This also gets your payment to you in a timely manner.
