  3. Charged Twice because of lack of confirmation layer while accepting payment for the Customer Invoice

    Hello,

    I wanted to address a concern regarding accounts receivable. When closing an invoice after receiving a payment from a customer, if I select ACH or Credit Card as the payment method and the customer’s ACH or Credit Card details are saved in QBO, the system automatically charges them.

    To prevent unintentional charges, there should be an additional confirmation layer. For example, QBO could prompt the user to enter a password or PIN before processing the payment using saved ACH or Credit Card details. This would ensure an extra level of security and control over transactions.

    I copied my account from my brokerage page. It is correct! It only causes stress to make me MANUALLY retype into the confirm account number field! Don't do sucky things like this to your customers!

    Make the ACH payments work - it looks like they are only Direct Debits in disguise. Calling it ACH payments but then not allowing customers to make ACH payments but having to enter their own bank details is misleading at best.

    did not receive any discount with my bank transfer. Was unable to access attached invoice via webservice email [tried 4 different browsers on 2 computers] only Thunderbird installed on my computer allowed me to access attached invoice file. Blue oval under Amount Due redirected to this :

    This happened on web service and also local Thunderbird mail.
