You give one price to fix something then you charge another, which is wrong. Why do you lie to somebody and then charge them more than what you quote them on the phone especially when they’re a regular customer of yours.

Quit making us pay something other than what is owed. You made me pay 40¢more than what I owed. You should never say we have to adjust may entry. I only owed 60¢ you made me pay them $1.00.

Let me paste into the "reenter account number" field. I copy and paste this from my bank. Requiring me to reenter this by hand is not a verification check like it should; it is just a nuisance and prone to me making an error.
