I tried to use my direct bank account and had it rejected. Twice. Resorted to using my credit card. This is annoying, especially since both options (and others) are offered.

There is not directl
There is not directly payment option the ACH option isn't ideal because the payment doesn't come out the bank account same day with interfere with people money in there account and puts us in negative if your bank doesn't have the funds to cover transactions plus the ACH payment

I got charged 3 hours of labor that took10 minutes to fix after he went back to his office to pick up the part his office is 10 minutes from my house, how do I know this? MY OFFICE IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!!
