Quit making us pay something other than what is owed. You made me pay 40¢more than what I owed. You should never say we have to adjust may entry. I only owed 60¢ you made me pay them $1.00.

Let me paste into the "reenter account number" field. I copy and paste this from my bank. Requiring me to reenter this by hand is not a verification check like it should; it is just a nuisance and prone to me making an error.

Drop the convenience
Drop the convenience fee. Customers shouldn’t have to pay you extra money just to pay you. It’s like paying for a fork at a restaurant. Sends the wrong message.

Provide a mailing ad
Provide a mailing address where I can send a check or e-check without having to enter all the account numbers. It is very time consuming and annoying.
