Allow me to pick my auto pay date for the 1st of every month going forward.. even if I make a late payment on the 10th I want to be able to setup autopay for a certain date doing forward so I am never late again ..

NEVER EVER SHOULD THE PAYMENT INFO BE AUTOMATICALLY SAVED! UNCHECK THAT BUTTON SO ONLY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEIR INFO IS TO BE KEPT AND CANNOT BE OVERLOOKED - EVER!

I believe we were ju
I believe we were just scammed by Intuit. The link sent from our accountant automatically paid multiple invoices. I never entered any credit card information, or saw the actual invoices that were getting paid. Then in order to cancel the transactions the company who sent us the link has to pay the 3% transaction fees regardless! That is criminal.

Only sends emails overlooked often. No paper bill or reminders. Often buried in emails. Charges outrageous late fees. No meter check so charged only amount of water used. Flat rate. But, if go slightly over amount “allowed” outrageous charges

having to opt out of
having to opt out of paying information saving each time is really bad customer realtions. You can always leave a link if a customer wants to have their information stored in your servers . I would store but you do not indemnify from losses do to theft / hacking

I used to be able to
I used to be able to login to my qbo account from an invoice, now that option is gone. I also have tried saving my checking acct info and it doesn't save. This platform just gets stupider.

How did multiple inv
How did multiple invoices show up and automatically get charged when I tried to open the invoices to see when they are from? We have now been charged for four OLD invoices that were already paid by check.
