There is nothing wrong with my payment information. Bank confirmed they processed it and that it was sent back for reasons unknown to them. I cannot correct the payment information when it is already correct and there are no issues from my bank. You have zero support assistance. No one to reach out to at QB to have them look and see what is wrong on your end...which is the banks position. The transaction clearly took place in my account and the 'send back' was as clear. This transaction OK. But I also own rental properties. There is no way to show that the work was billed to my residence / credit card address while the work was performed at another location. Please add a "NOTES" field.

I was able to see th
I was able to see the names of other retired teachers from VCUSD who pay at this Intuit site. That means there's a dangerous flaw in your programing here. Please check into that and fix it or I will no longer use your system. You should report this to your client, VCUSD.
