I would like it if the whole amount due is represented and not just the current bill amount. Also, why is there a limit to how much I can pay?

When a vendor sends
When a vendor sends multiple invoices, load ALL invoices from the same vendor on the same page. I miss the single emails and don't know what is paid and what is open. Your system knows what invoices have been sent to the company. Show it on a dashboard and let me pay them all. I have better things to do than click around.

I tried to pay this
I tried to pay this bill from my bank account. Somehow it was rejected by quickbooks. The merchant passed along a $11.10 returned payment fee. I don't know what happened. My bank had no record of this failed transaction that I could see.

I want the merchant
I want the merchant to see this. I've had to be on the computer 3 different times to order, get approval, and pay. It is way too much trouble to order glass like this. I will look for another way in the future.

Please include invoi
Please include invoice line items on the receipt - not just the payment info. It would be really helpful in our enterprise if the details of the invoice were included.

As in this case, please make sure any deposits are subtracted from the final bill. I didn't get credit here until I informed you of the prior deposit. Your initial bills did not show that.
