Rob was professional and willing to help my situation and came that same day to asses the situation.I had an ice damn in the valley of my roof and was thawing out and working its way in the house.Carpet was wet and sheetrock was damaged.The next day (Sunday) he and his son got started on breaking up and thawing out the ice on the roof.Pulled up the carpet and vaccumed out the water that had worked its way in the house.I'm very please with what they have done so far.I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to someone else.
