I want to pay before

Make it clear which
Make it clear which digits are routing numbers and which are account numbers. Don't make the customer Google it.

Give us the ability to login and immediately see our bills. Instead, we can only access what we owe individually with a link from the invoice we receive.

Don't charge the merchant $20.00 for me to pay my invoice. Why should I have to pay money to transfer directly out of my checking account.

I don't trust you enough to give you my banking info, we've been involved in way too many hacks. Sigh. I do my best to avoid paying thru portals. I'm much happier sending an ACH.
