  2. QkBk payments take T

    QkBk payments take TOO long to show up in my bank account (outgoing or incoming). Sometimes, by the time it hits my account, the funds are no longer available to deduct. And, when I need incoming funds from payment TO me immediately, they usually take 4 days to process and show up.

    The system failed to accept payment on my debit card. I switched to the checking account & the funds were accepted.
    I tried to obtain a receipt through the download & the box indicated saved but not how to get the data opened.

    It would be better to have multiple payment options, such as Bill.com or a platform that allows multiple invoices to be paid at once. Additionally, the finance team should have a faster response time.
