    A contractor tried to send me an invoice, but my email address was not recognized. I kept going back-and-forth to try to find out why. So I just made the payment from his payment link without having to log into my account. We pay a lot of money for QuickBooks and it should work perfectly.

  14. The debit card NAME

    The debit card NAME field requires a first and last name. But our debit card only has the initials of our organization as the name on the card. Fortunately, we also have our treasurer's name beneath the organization initials, and our card was accepted by your form with all of that entered. But most vendors accept our debit card with ONLY the organization initials entered as the name on the card.

    You did not cut or trim for 3 weeks and you only took off $24.00. my property looked abandoned. This is not acceptable. I have given you a fair amount of $70.00 so kindly adjust this invoice. Please make a note that if you need to speak to me, I prefer to be contacted on my cell 848-459-0959 because I do not read my emails everyday. I'm also not at home all the time so invoicing by mail will not give you a fast response.

    It would be good if we could add a note or attribute the bill to certain customers and job numbers for invoicing and reimbursement. This would help architects who hire consultants and receive bills from them.
