Even having an OPTION for giving a TIP for paying a bill is the most ridiculous thing I have seen. It actually made me angry.

I paid the invoice within 10 days of due date so I may take advantage of the 1% discount of $40.24, but the website did not let me take the discount. Very disappointed! You need to fix this issue. If we ever order again, I will just send a check.

Date and invoice number do not always match and frequently do not get credited

In the case of disputes or other issues there should be an ability to pay an amount different than the invoiced amount.

The way you provide
The way you provide the paid receipt is ignorant. Why not just mark PAID on the invoice, so instead of us having to downloand or print the invoice AND the paid receipt to have a paid receipt showing the detail of the work done we can just print the invoice marked PAID.

Just paid with credi
Just paid with credit card. E-mail says not paid. Invoice doesn't show what it is for. See another e-mail for the same amount, but no delivery address.
