When I first clicked
When I first clicked on the bill, it showed in addition to what I DID owe, another two bills from back in August! Last time I paid, everything was up to date... When I went back to check again, my bill showed as being 'zero'. IF the August payments were indeed paid, please don't scare me by showing debt I do not have!!!!!

As an accountant, I know the fee for an ACH payment is a flat $3.00. That we were charged $25 for a non-credit card payment seems highly inappropriate. Paying online is convenient for the both of us.

I have been a loyal
I have been a loyal customer of Perfect Cut Lawncare and because this once I was having health issues and paid a couple of days late and they penalized me $15.00 late fee. I do not wish to do business with them in the future.
