The invoice should automatically deduct the full payment. Right now it only deducts the monthly fee, and the rest of the payment sits on the books as a credit. When I make a payment I can't instantly see my new balance due. I have to call Reggie, let him know I made a payment and ask him to add the credit to my balance due. This is makes paying down my bill complicated and troublesome because Union Storage accounting system is tricky and cumbersome.

If I am copying and
If I am copying and pasting the bank account number, there is no reason I cannot paste it twice. It makes no sense to make me type in all those numbers to be sure my first paste was correct. I understand if the numbers are typed in the first time you want to be sure they are correct, but if the numbers are pasted in it is more likely I will type it in wrong the second time than pasting it in correctly the second time.

The only option is t
The only option is to pay by ACH. That is not a secure payment method and should never be used online. I work in banking cyber security. Having no option to initiate the payment from my bank or by credit card is unconscionable. Most users won't realize the risk you are exposing them to if their bank account is drained as they have no recourse to recover the money.

It was an Australian Amex card, and the zip codes are 4 numbers in Australia not 5. They are 5 numbers here in the USA. It accepted my USA billing zip code??? and not the correct Australian zip billing code?
