16. i tried to use bank

    i tried to use bank transfer for this business so I woudn't have to pay extra 3%. But it didn't work. It didn't work last year ,too. I had enough fund and correct info. I contacted my bank and they said it wasn't their side had a problem to send money. I can pay the bill with the debit card from the same bank account. It doesn't make sense to me.
