   I will not use your service in the future. Your convenience fee is of no value over mailing a paper check. I do not recall seeing that fee prior to submitting my payment. Your short term gain, $25, has lost you long term usage and revenue. Good bye.

10. Why can't we pay ALL

    Why can't we pay ALL bills from a vendor in a single payment, instead of having to find an email, follow a link, enter a payment, stir and repeat, while periodically emptying the cache to prevent
    400 Bad Request
    Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
    errors while paying the bills. Folks have been asking for this for YEARS now.
