For customers who don't check e-mail regularly, a phone call or text alert that an e-mail or invoice has been sent would be very helpful. Unfortunately the majority of my e-mails are spam and important things easily get lost/overlooked. Just a suggestion!

I think the way to a
I think the way to avoid people copy-and-pasting a wrong account # into the confirmation field is NOT to disable pasting into the confirmation account # field, INSTEAD, it is to disable copying from the first account # field. My default practice is to copy the account number from my online banking. I should be able to paste it twice into both QB fields. The thing you're trying to guard against is someone manually typing it incorrectly into the first account # field and then copying the (wrong) # and pasting it into the confirming account # field. Please make a way fo
Please make a way for there to be an automatic PayPal or credit card processing fee added to an invoice if a customer chooses to use one of those options. Currently, we have to leave those payment methods turned off unless a customer specifically requests them and then go in and manually add a credit card processing fee and then turn the credit card payment feature on and resend the invoice.

A $25.00 fee is a rip off. $0.75 first class stamp or $25.00 quick books. I didn't see that in time. My mistake, won't happen again. Next time I will pay with a check by USPS.
