Had to enter details more than once as the system errored, blanking out the form--poor design, and bad customer experience.

I have never needed
I have never needed to pay a convenience fee for using a bank transfer for a service. I do not feel it was well disclosed to me before submitting the payment.

Your system is telling my the ABA, correct number, is not used. No phone contact information. I have to re-enter my data each time. The security link to send a verification code to my phone does not work, but the phone call did?

The invoice was for
The invoice was for $127, but I only needed to pay $58. What was missing was the explanation that the difference, $69, had already been paid. I had to call the company to confirm that, which was an extra, inefficient step for me.
