  6. You want the payment

    You want the payment expedited and even though it is coming from a bank account you want to charge a convenience fee. Very poor business decision. I can understand if it was a credit card payment!

    Quick books is a very convenient way of paying. My only suggestion would be to send out an email reminder before the late fee kicks in. It's easy to miss the Quick books payment email.

    You could start by at least answering and returning my phone calls and emails. I'm so disappointed in your unprofessionalism to your customers. I left about 5 messages with your receptionist and several emails that you never returned. The receptionist said every time you would call back and the last phone call he said Carrie would return my call on Saturday which never happened. Other than your poor customer service I was happy with the job even if it was not perfect.
