Vendor eliminated CC
Vendor eliminated CC option for payments. Then added a large convenience fee which was unexpected. When I ran my business while using Quickbooks I would never have even thouight about doing this to my customers.

I really want to use
I really want to use a credit card or a bank card. I do not feel comfortable putting my routing number and my account number in. It’s 2025 for God sake, do better.

Great friendly, fast
Great friendly, fast service. My AC went down and I called before 8:00 and got a same day appointment. Really friendly technician identified the problem quickly and got the work done efficiently.

I went online, and it says that in some cases, bills can be paid using a charge card. I could not find that option when I paid my bill for KAIMANA POOL SERVICE.

somehow I was suppos
somehow I was supposed to be able to pay only $200 for a deposit... Saw noway to do this so I hit the pay button ASSUMING that I could edit amount as informed by the business and WHAMO!!! I'm all paid up before receiving the service! That sucks. My fault? Might as well be, nothing I can do now.

Please fix you accounting and bill me from the actual company that performed the work. Billing electrical invoices through your HVAC company that I have never used in grossly incorrect. Your persistent incompetence will result in losing me as a customer.

I had a credit after
I had a credit after the first payment, (rounded up down payment to next hundred), credit was not attributed to final bill. I paid final bill using the credit but quick books receipt shows a remaining balance of the credit amount.
