I paid via a credit
I paid via a credit card by mistake because it was the first option that came up when we normally pay via our bank. there was no option to go back and change the payment method. Please try to add review prior to clicking pay.

I entered a comma in
I entered a comma in the name of the Bank Account Holder name, and it just failed the payment because of that. Please make sure that you tell the user that the name on the account is not matching, or do not use a comma.
