i entered payment in
i entered payment info for an invoice. i checked the box saying "save my info for next time".
then i saw this error: "Your payment was successful, however, we cannot save your payment method because your email is already linked to an Intuit account".
this has happened many times. from my account page there's no way to pay the invoice, so i guess i have to re-enter the information every time. seems broken.

Starting last month
Starting last month I can no longer download the receipts for payments I've made on the web. When I click the Receipt button it spins but doesn't download.I can still download the invoice but not the receipt.

FOR SOME REASON MY PRINTER WOULD NOT LET ME PRINT UP MY TRANSACTION OR NOTHING AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EVERY MONTH BUT NOT TODAY!!! I HAVE AN EPSOM PRINTER.

STOP popping up the
STOP popping up the PDF of the invoice multiple times. It pops up when I land on the page. I log in and it pops up again. I pay and then log out and yet another copy pops up. I DON'T WANT ANY OF THEM. Only pop up the invoice when I ask for it!!

Your system is great
Your system is great, but it would be extremely helpful if the automated invoices and receipts had the name of the payee in the name of the PDF. I work with several vendors that use Intuit, and I always have to rename the PDFs after I download them. Just calling it "Invoice" or "Receipt" is not helpful. Thank you.

I cannot save my ban
I cannot save my bank data because Intuit said I already have an associated email. I swore I would never engage with Intuit after a tax debacle. (They would not let me login to complete my taxes; f'ing nightmare.) Now my resolve is further strengthened.
