Technically we're not supposed to have automatic withdraws or ACH transfers from non-approved vendors. Ideally would love to be able to use my account debit card in order to comply with our state laws.

After final payment
After final payment is made, an updated invoice showing zero balance would be great, especially for insurance purposes. I have no idea of when this invoice will be updated, reflecting the final payment.

Make the download Invoice a Zero balance after processing payment! Now I have to go back into QBO to find the invoice then download to get the Zero invoice I have to send to the client. So inefficient!

I used to have a log
I used to have a login button I could use so I didn't have to input my bank account info every time. That hardly ever shows up any longer and it's really quite a pain to enter that every week. It says it will text me so I could login faster next time, but it never does.

This has happened twice now! I hate this system.There is NO Option to charging a separate account.
It automatically defaults to the last payment. I pay three different invoices online and there ism nNO option to change bank accounts. View and Pay - well I can't view it. It automatically pays to the last bank account. Where is the Sure you want to sent this payment message? I could at least see it's the wrong account.
No support to deal with !!!I don't have time to solve this crap.
