I was trying to use Affirm, but it kept asking for a business name and industry. I don't own a business, I'm just a customer buying FROM a business.

After I paid, your screen said the payment method was saved to my "Wallet." I don't know what that means or why you think that was something I wanted to happen.

After I printed the invoice, the screen removed all my entries, I didn't know if payment had been received, wasn't sure if I had to repeat the process.

There is always an o
There is always an option to click and save information for faster check out next time, but the next time I go to pay, I still have to enter all of the same information and nothing is quicker about it. The only thing I’ve noticed that’s different about clicking this option is how my phone downloads and saves the invoice and receipt.

Your Online Convenie
Your Online Convenience Fee is WAY too high! $25.00 for a $260.00 invoice! It's outrageous! I didn't notice the fee until after I had already paid the bill or I would have declined and paid by Check or ACH through my bank!
